Petrindu wooden church of St. The Church of Pentecost originally belonged to the Greek-Catholic rite (in union with the papacy) and comes from the village of the same name in the Sălaj district. Currently, it is located in the National Ethnographic Park “Romulus Vuia” in Cluj-Napoca. The object is on the new list of monuments under the LMI code: CJ-II-a-B-07461,
The church is a typical sacral building from the 18th century for the area of northern Transylvania. Inside, there is a valuable wall painting from 1835, signed by Dimitrie Ispas de la Gilău – one of the most famous Transylvanian painters.
